I own merchant-lock card controls end to end, the feature that lets a finance team restrict a card to a single merchant so spend doesn't wander off policy. That meant scoping the engineering tickets myself and sitting in on design reviews across mobile, backend, and ops until it actually shipped. I've also helped move Lign into real conversations with stablecoin rail providers for cross-border payments, and I built a small AI flow that keeps our permissions matrix in sync whenever an engineer closes a Linear ticket, which used to eat a couple hours of someone's week.

I sat close to the sell-in decisions for Karl Lagerfeld Paris, building the sales data summaries that helped the team land an 82% sell-through. Most of my days went into turning competitive and trend analysis on women's ready-to-wear into calls on design, sales, and production, and into checking whether the AI fashion tools everyone was talking about actually held up against how the team already worked.

I spent a summer elbow deep in over a million rows of consumer data, cleaning it into something a churn model could actually use, which lifted accuracy by about 20%. I segmented 100,000 customers with RFM, Apriori, survival, and KNN modeling, then helped turn those predictions into retention outreach that other teams could act on.
